Greenpath designed for this addition to an existing apartment complex clubhouse. A dedicated HVAC system was designed for this portion of the building and plumbing extended to serve the space. The addition provides residents with a two-lane bowling alley, amenity and coworking space, facilities for a new exterior pool, and storage.
